No warranty
Outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide. Tax law, market returns, and regional pricing change; double-check important decisions with a qualified professional.
Account terms
When you sign in to a product app, the product-specific terms presented at sign-in apply.
Plus subscriptions and billing
planin30 Plus is an optional paid upgrade, billed at $30/year (USD) through our payment processor, Stripe. The free calculators never require payment.
Automatic renewal. A Plus subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual term at the then-current price, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Plus access through the end of the term you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds and billing questions. For a billing question or a refund request, reach us through our contact page. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once a term has begun; cancelling stops all future charges as described above.
Third-party maps
Interactive map features use Google Maps. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service.
Limitation of liability
The calculators and content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuideNext Inc. is not liable for any decision you make based on the outputs, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Copyright and ownership

Pictures from other websites
Some pictures in planin30 come from other websites: results of an image search, or a picture someone saved to their plan from a page they found. They belong to whoever made them. We show where a picture came from, keep a saved copy small and shown only inside the plan it was saved to, and remove any picture its owner asks us to.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on planin30 infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent, Copyright Agent, GuideNext Inc., at support@planin30.com, 1 Partridge Hill Road, Dover, MA 02030, (508) 395-5331, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (DMCA-1081262). Please include:
- the work you believe is infringed;
- where it appears on our site: the page address, or a screenshot and a description of the plan;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable access to the material promptly. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the material’s former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address, and your signature. We restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the person who complained tells us they have filed a court action. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights.
